Christmas 2008 was fabulous! Sabastian and Annabelle were able to visit with Santa! We had ventured out after the snow storm we had. Sabastian was really wanting a Thomas train and luckly Santa was able to find one at Toys R Us with a Toby train. Because of the snow we weren't able to make it to Oma and Opa's house but we were able to make it to the G.G.'s house where we were able to visit with the Ferguson family and enjoy their company. Christmas day was great! Being able to celebrate with the Bronson family and the Ferguson family, and watching the kids have such a great time. We love having family so close!!!! We are excited for the upcoming year 2009. We hope everyone has a safe and happy new year!!

So things are going great with us! Thanksgiving was a blast, we went over to Aunt Mona's for dinner, all the food was spectacular! It was nice being able to visit with cousins and our aunts and uncles, Uncle Rick even made it up, we love when he is able to visit! Then we went to Grandma's house for dessert, delicious apple and pumpkin pie! We love living so close to family!

So here we are Halloween 2008, we were able to get the kids dressed up thanks to grandma Ferguson, hopefully next year we will be able to dress up as a family.

Troy was able to take a break from Pizza Hut so we could take the kids around to the G.G.'s and the greandparents houses. Then Troy went back to work and the kids and I went up to Trunk or Treat at the church with Oma and Minty. Having family so close is so nice!

A few weeks ago we decided to make some haunted houses over at Oma's house. Sabastian had a great time!! He is talking so well and I'm not the only one that understands him anymore. He is continuing to build his collection of cars and is trying to get a new transformer every week. We have decided to give him a little bank so he can save up his money to beable to buy his transformers. Annabelle is 5 months old!!! She is so much fun, she is eating rice, oatmeal, prunes and green beans. It's fun to have her at the table with us and her beable to eat along with us. She is rolling over on accident and she is sitting up on her own, most of the time.

Yesterday as Mom, Minty, Sabastian, Annabelle and I were getting ready to go to church for the broadcast, Sabastian, who was waiting for us in the van got stung by a yellowjacket. It was so sad, seeing him crying and holding his ear, the bee got him just inside the ear. I hear him screaming holding his ear, Minty had grabbed him after slapping the bee away from him and she was running into the house, mom had ran back into the house to get the medicine to put on the sting and I am running inside with Annabelle on my hip. It took Minty and I about 10 minutes to calm him down, after he is calmed down we are trying to distract him from the pain, all he wants is cocoa and transformers. So of course that's what we do for the next 20 minutes. About 45 minutes after the sting I get Sabastian(He's been in Minty's arm's this whole time) and he passes out in my arms for an hour and a half. We were still able to watch the broadcast thanks to mom having cable. Sabastian is doing fine now, he talkes to us about the bad bug that got him and how the bad bug is on a time out, It's so cute. And what amazes me the most is he seems so forgiving of that darn yellowjacket!

Sabastian climbed all over, he had so much fun! Him and daddy ran and climbed all over the playset. Annabelle and I were on the swing relaxing and watching the boys play.

The other day we had a WIC appointment and I had to bring in the kids. They both had to get weighed and measured. Our 4 month old Annabelle weighs in at 16lbs 1 oz and measures at almost 2 feet long!!! Our 3 year old Sabastian weighs in at 31 lbs 8oz and measures in at 3 feet tall!!! Our kids are just growing like weeds. Annabelle is enjoying her rice, we gave her some homemade applesauce the other day. She wasn't too impressed!! But I keep trying a little bit everyday. Sabastian is a bundle of energy, I really wish he would share some with Troy and I. He goes from helping throw away diapers to jumping on Sox running back to give Annabelle a kiss, going to paint on his new easel he got for his birthday(thank you grandma!! he loves it!!) to running back to his room with some toys he is putting aways to bring more out, he is like the energizer bunny.

Annabelle is enjoying her rice and milk, she passed out after her first time in the high chair. Sabastian helped feed her of course!

Well, it's September now. Sabastian is now 3 and he is playing the role, he's a great big brother and loves to be hands on, which makes mom a little bit nervous. He help's me clean around the home, sweeping, mopping, even cleaning the bathroom. He is always bouncing off the walls and he keeps us on our toes. His vocabulary grows everyday, and so does his questions, what mommy? Why daddy? what you doing? It's so much fun!
Annabelle is 4 months old already! We knew from her newborn cries she had a good set of lungs on her, and now she is letting us know even more, her screeches can be heard outside! She likes to be up sitting and standing like us. We introduced rice cereal and she seems to like it. Annabelle is so alert and loves her brother, she thinks he is the biggest clown and is always laughing at him.

Well Sabastian is doing great with his potty training! It's nice to only have one child to change diapers on and it's not as expensive!!! Our little boy will be 3 soon, he is getting excited about his upcoming birthday on the 28th, although his birthday party is going to be on the 30th. We have been talking about his cake and how he wants Bumblebee from Transformers on it, so I will be getting creative with his cake again this year. Sabastian is a wonderful big brother to Annabelle and we love him so much!
Annabelle is doing great, we think she's about 14lbs now. Her smile melts everyone that looks at her. She is babbling like crazy, at night she will be either laying on the ground or in her swing letting us hear all about it! It's great we love it. She has found her hands and has put them to use. When she's not sucking on them or waving them around she is grabbing and holding onto her stuffed animal. We love having her with us now, she is so much fun!!!!
Sabastian was able to help Opa and Auntie Minty dig up 2 trees at a friends house and bring them back to Oma and Opa's house and replant them. He is such a boy, wanting to be outside digging in the dirt, playing with water, and all his big boy toys, it's great.
We all went to a picnic today out at Belfair state park with the Ferguson family. We were able to visit with Aunt Merna who was visiting and she was able to see Sabastian again and meet Annabelle. I will be looking for some part time work this week so we will see what comes from that.

As we start August 2008 we have had an eventful year. Troy went back to Pizza Hut as General Manager in the beginning of Feb and at the end of Feb we were able to move to our new apartment. Trying to set up our new home and being 7 months pregnant was quite the chore, but I enjoyed it with the help of Sabastian and Troy when he was at home. Our little girl Annabelle Rosina came into the world on May 10, day before mothers day weighing in at 8lbs 10oz and 20in. We were able to take her home on the 11th for a perfect mother's day gift. Sabastian warmed up to her immediately and loves on her all the time. We had a big brother bash the day after we got home to help the transition from being an only child to being a big brother. With visits from family and friends and a "Wow Wow Wubbzy" cake the bash went great!!!
Sabastian is always so willing to help out with getting diapers, clothes and blankets for Annabelle. Annabelle was having some reflux problems where she was spitting up ALOT of what she ate and it was projectile!! I am talking like 2-3 feet so I have had lots of laundry to do. We have found if I don't eat chocolate she doesn't projectile, so she keeps most of her meal down now.
Her blessing day was absolutely beautiful!! She wore a gorgeous white dress which was made out of my mothers wedding dress 33 years ago and I wore it when I was blessed. Opa did the blessing and it was wonderful, we couldn't have asked for a better one. Uncle Rick came up from Portland to stand in the circle with dad, we always enjoy the visits when he is up!
We started potty training Sabastian on the 8th of July and he has been doing great, he's got cute shrek, cars, and marvel underwear. he using the potty chair so good now. Waiting until he was almost 3 was very beneficial, he understood so quickly why and how to take care of going potty in the potty chair. At his most recent check up he is weighing in at 30lbs.
Annabelle had her 2 month check up, she weighed in at 13lbs 7oz and the doc says her weigh is off the charts, for her length she is almost 24 inches and she's at 95%. She got her shots which is always so tough for everyone involved, I fought back the tears but it was really tough, the doc says she looks great!
